Kincardineshire Silver Jubilee Trust run this attractive Holiday Home in Stonehaven to provide comfortable accommodation for groups and families and to enable them to enjoy a holiday at a reasonable cost.   The Trust was set up with funds raised at the time of H. M. The Queen's Silver Jubilee in 1977, and since 1981 has run Jubilee House as a popular Holiday Home.  Chairman of the Trust is the Lord Lieutenant of Kincardineshire Mrs. Carol Kinghorn.
The accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms, one twin room on the ground floor, one triple bedroom and three twin bedrooms on upper floor, sleeping a total of 11 persons.  On the ground floor, there is also a Living/Dining Room, TV Room and fully equipped Kitchen.  There is a Disabled Toilet/Shower on the ground floor only, and Bathroom with Shower upstairs.  There is exclusive parking adjacent to the House.  Heating is electric and all electricity is included in the weekly charge.  All bed linen is provided. Please note that Jubilee House is only let as one unit


Jubilee House is located in a quiet spot very close to Stonehaven Harbour and adjacent to the Baywalk which is approx. 5 minutes walk from the Promenade and the Market Square.  It is therefore within very easy reach of the many amenities of the town including the Harbour with the Tolbooth Museum and harbourside pubs, the many shops and cafes around the Market Square, and the Recreation Grounds with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, Leisure Centre, bowling greens and tennis courts.For many years now, lots of groups have enjoyed a stay at the Jubilee House Holiday Home in Stonehaven.
